What shirts do you print on?
All our designs are printed on American Apparel blanks. Style 2001 for men and 2102 for women. 100% Cotton and made in the good ol' USA.
Do you have a sizing chart?
Sure do!
How can I track my shipment?
All Metal Biscuits packages are shipped with a UPS tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by following the enclosed link or going to the UPS website and inputting your tracking number.
I made a mistake in my order! How can I fix it?
If you made a mistake, shoot us an Email at [email protected] and tell us what you meant to order. Please include your name and order number in the “Subject” line. If you catch us before your order is packaged we'll make it right. However, if your order has already shipped, we offer free returns and exchanges (less shipping) as long as you have not worn, washed or otherwise altered your order.
My order is damaged! What do I do?
Contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] and we'll make it right! Please note we will not accept any products that have been washed, worn or otherwise altered.
I haven't received my order yet!
First, we're sorry for the wait! Second, please check your tracking information to verify your shipment. If it's been more than 2 weeks since you placed your order, please contact us at [email protected]
If I choose Next Day or 2 Day Shipping, when will I get my order?
Orders take us 1 business day to process before we ship them. So, if you choose Next Day or 2 Day shipping, it will take 1 day longer than the shipping method: 2 Days total for Next Day Air and 3 Days total for 2 Day Air.
